The mission of Hillside Christian Center is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We didn’t make it up. Jesus left his disciples with two big assignments: make disciples of all nations, and be my witnesses in your city, in your region, and “to the end of the earth” (Matthew 28:19; Acts 1:8).

Jesus' disciples are those in a growing relationship with Him. A disciple makes the conscious choice to daily seek more truth and to surrender to the truth he/she knows. Doing so keeps one close to God, fully devoted to Jesus, filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, and a participating member of Christian community. The heart of a disciple is to make more disciples (Matthew 28:18-22).

We see this mission being fulfilled as hundreds of us gather to sing, pray, and listen to God’s Word preached, as we transfer our love for God to others in small groups throughout the week and throughout the city, and as we serve the world at home and abroad.

Every year more and more people are being added to our family by the supernatural grace of God. Pray that the mission would continue to thrive. As we join God's work, we get the joy of seeing lives changed again and again while He gets the glory...Because it’s all about Jesus.
